Smarter Job Offer Notifications Are HereWe’re rolling out an important update to how job offer notifications work, designed to help you see fewer emails, but far more valuable opportunities.
Until now, job notifications have been delivered through an “all or nothing” system: you could only turn them off entirely or get notified of every single job offer. Many partners told us this created noise in their inbox and made it harder to spot the best opportunities.
Xometry Recommended Notifications
Our new default notification option, Xometry Recommended, highlights only the job offers most relevant to your shop. Instead of being alerted for every offer, you’ll now receive notifications only when a job meets one of these criteria:
- Repeat Work you’ve successfully completed before
- Counter Offers returning to your board that you had left feedback on
- High Suitability Jobs that are a strong match for your capabilities
This ensures that when you get a notification, it’s meaningful, and worth your time.
What You Can Expect This Week
If your notifications were turned off
We will automatically switch you to Xometry Recommended so you don’t miss important repeat work, counter offers, or highly matched jobs.
If you currently receive all notifications
You will be moved to Xometry Recommended by default, giving you a more focused, streamlined experience.
You can change preferences anytime in:
Workcenter → Settings → Notifications
