With Teamspace, we’ve introduced multiple options for sharing quotes and orders:
- When you first join a team, you can choose to share all of your existing quotes and orders with that team.
- If you have Autoshare turned on for a team, any new quote you create will automatically be shared with that team.
- From the quote’s share modal, you can choose to share quotes with individuals or a team.
- From your team dashboard, you can create a quote that is automatically shared with all team members.
- Lastly, at any time, from your user settings, you can opt to share all past quotes and/or orders with any team you are a member of.

Once team members have started sharing their quotes with the team, you can view the most recent quotes created from the quote carousel:
