Yes, in the Event Log, all Team Members can view who has joined the team, when they joined, and who invited them.
To view the Event Log, go to your Account Settings page. Under the “Teams” section, click “View Team Settings” next to the team. Under Team Member Management, click on Event Log:
This log will list the date someone was invited to the team, who invited them, when they were invited, and when the invitee joined the team.
