There are two roles on a team: Admin and Contributor.
Contributors have access to a team’s shared quotes and orders, and can share quotes and orders with the team.
Admins can also access and share quotes and order with a team; additionally they can send invites, remove team members, and manage user roles.
The first member to join a new team will automatically be granted Admin access. That team member can then elevate other team members to Admin access as needed.
