Congrats! It is time to schedule your Qualifying Call
You're now one step closer to becoming an approved partner. The next stage is scheduling the Qualifying Call, which will be conducted via Zoom and should last approximately 45 minutes. Video capability is essential for this meeting. We recommend using a mobile device, laptop, or tablet for ease of movement around the shop.
The call will be conducted in English. However, if language/translation assistance is required, please reach out to partneronboarding@xometry.com before scheduling the call.
In this call, a Xometry technical specialist will discuss the following topics with you.
Your shops:
- Quality Policy - You can learn more here
- Programming Software - what software do you use for programming the machines?
- Inspection Equipment - what type of inspection equipment do you have?
- Machinery - what type of machine(s) do you have?
- Disaster Recovery Plan—If an unexpected incident were to happen and you weren’t able to finish your parts, do you have a backup plan to finish parts on an open order?
- Packing Procedures - Do you follow a packing procedure?
- Nonconforming Parts Procedure - do you have a non-conforming part procedure for handling OOT parts
- Final inspection process - do you have a final inspection process you follow?
If you completed a test part, please be prepared to show how you programmed the test on your computer. This step is not required for EZ Pass partners.
