Welcome to Xometry - we appreciate you taking the time to complete the comprehensive Partner registration form. You may find our onboarding checklist below - each step must be completed in order for you to become an approved partner.
Onboarding Checklist
Here is your onboarding checklist to guide you through this process:
- Register for a partner account and complete your test part
- Submit a W-9 via Docusign. This is not required if you uploaded a W-9 during registration.
- Configure your Xometry Workcenter Account.
- Set Up Account: Add an alternative phone number, additional team members, and set your notification preferences
- Capabilities Management: Add machines, processes, supported materials, and certifications.
- Shop Finances: Set up your bank information to receive ACH deposits from Xometry for completed work
- Read Xometry’s Partner Terms and Conditions and NDA and familiarize yourself with the help guides available in Xometry Community.
- Complete the following training modules to ensure you're ready to accept your first Xometry job:

Xometry offers a number of service channels designed to provide you with timely and relevant support each day. Leverage these resources to perform your best as a partner to grow your business with Xometry.
- Xometry Community: Connect with other partners like you and find help guides to answer your questions
- Partner Guide: Overview of our manufacturing standards and financial tools
- Quality Hour [Zoom Link]: Daily open session to discuss quality concerns with a Quality Engineer from Xometry every weekday at 4pm ET

- Contact Xometry via Workcenter: Seek support on an open job directly with a Xometry case manager, embedded in Workcenter
Partner Candidacy Considerations
Reasons for ineligibility to the partner network
- Maker Space or Shared Space
- Manual machinery
- Machine Shop is located outside of the US
- Attempting to re-enter the network after being previously expelled without obtaining prior approval from Xometry.

Installing Zoom to Join Xometry's Quality Hour
Visit Zoom’s download center to install the program on your computer. There are also options for downloading onto your iPhone or Android device.
Hit the big ‘download’ button underneath where it says “Zoom Client for Meetings” and follow the instructions given by Zoom to install.
