Congrats! You Qualify. Time to Get Approved!
You’re now on the final step of your onboarding journey before approval – the onboarding call. The call will be held on Zoom and should only take 45 minutes to an hour.
In this call, an Onboarding Specialist will walk you through the basics of the Partner Network – from accepting work to Partner expectations and everything in between. This will be a time for you to listen and ask questions so that you are set up for success as you enter into the Partner Network.
After this call you will receive an email from your onboarding specialist informing you that you’ve been officially approved! From there, you can start accepting work!
Scheduling the Onboarding Call
If you are a qualified manufacturer for the Partner Network you will receive an email from Xometry notifying you. In this email, you will be given the option to schedule your onboarding call. You can choose the time that works best for you from the available options.
Joining the Call
Once you have chosen a suitable time for your onboarding call, you will receive an email containing the Zoom call link. To join the meeting, simply click on the link at or before the scheduled time. This will automatically launch the Zoom program.
Installing Zoom
Visit Zoom’s download center to install the program on your computer. There are also options for downloading onto your iPhone or Android device.
Hit the big ‘download’ button underneath where it says “Zoom Client for Meetings” and follow the instructions given by Zoom to install.
