Creating a Xometry account is simple and only takes a few minutes. To get started, go to the login page.
Click on “Sign Up” and then enter your email address and create a strong password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Once you’ve entered your email and password, click “Continue”.
Simply fill out the rest of the required information and click “Create Account” to finish.
Verify your Email
To complete the account creation process, check your email for a verification link. Click on the link to verify your email address.
If you don’t see an email with a verification link, check your spam or junk folder. You can also resend this email by going to your Account Settings page and clicking “Send Verification Email” at the top of the page. Once the email has been resent, you will see a confirmation message at the top of the page. If you are still not receiving the verification email, please reach out to support@xometry.com.
Enabling Multi-factor Authentication
After you create your new Xometry account, you can turn on Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of security to your Xometry account. Instead of just using a password to log in, MFA requires you to enter a one-time code that’s sent to your email.
MFA helps protect your account by ensuring that even if someone has your password, they still cannot log in without access to your email. This keeps your personal and business data secure.
To enable MFA, log in to your Xometry account and go to your Account Settings page. Underneath the “Security” section, click the toggle next to “Email MFA”.
After MFA has been enabled, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the page. Note that MFA can only be enabled if you have verified your email.
