Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order details, address, and shipping method. For more information regarding orders which shipping costs cannot be calculated at checkout, such as freight, please refer to the "Fine Print" section below.
Xometry provides free shipping options for all low-volume 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet cutting, and sheet metal orders shipped within the United States. Additionally, we offer a free shipping option for international economy orders. Please refer to the tables below for an overview of available shipping options.

The Fine Print
General
- Shipping costs that cannot be calculated at the time of order: If shipping is not calculated during checkout, our team will calculate shipping costs and contact you via email (and phone after 3 email attempts) to discuss payment options.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping do not require a purchase minimum.
- Exclusions may apply for orders that require freight shipping.
- Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping. You can estimate duties and taxes through this FedEx link: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/international/duties-and-taxes.html. For shipping outside of the United States, the customer must provide a valid shipping account during checkout, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Domestic shipments are orders that originate and ship to locations within the United States. Orders shipping to Canada will incur shipping charges.
Additive Manufacturing
- All domestic 3D-printed orders are eligible for free 2-day shipping or ground shipping.
- International 3D-printed orders are eligible for free economy shipping.
CNC Machining
- Domestic standard or economy CNC machining, sheet metal, and tube fabrication (cutting and/or bending) orders are eligible for free ground shipping.
- Non-domestic economy CNC machining, sheet metal, or tube fabrication orders are eligible for free international economy shipping; priority shipping is available for an additional cost.
Plastic and Metal Production (Molding, Stamping, Die Casting, etc.)
- Injection molding and urethane casting services are not eligible for free shipping.
- High-volume production processes, such as die casting, metal extrusion, metal stamping, etc., are not eligible for free shipping.
Can you ship with your account?
