You’ll receive weekly payments on Fridays for jobs completed 4 weeks prior. For example, a job completed on August 7, 2020, will be paid out on September 4, 2020.
How do payouts with the advance card work when I have accepted multiple jobs?
When you accept multiple jobs, each job increases your available spend. It is important to note that we are unable to connect purchases to specific jobs when you accept multiple jobs since the purchases occur outside of our system.
When your Advance Card purchases are deducted from your payouts, we do two things: First, we add up all of the jobs that are ready to be paid, then we add up all of your card purchases that are at least 7 days old and deduct those from your payout. This is how we determine how much to send to your bank every week.
You can see the breakdown of each payment in the Payouts tab of your Shop Finances. Here you can see how we come to the final number. You may also view your pay statement in the Payout job details.
In the Xometry portal, on your Shop Finance page, you’ll be able to view all of your scheduled payout dates and the jobs included in each payout.
Occasionally, payouts will fall on a holiday.Holidays occurring on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, will shift the payout date to the beginning of the following week.
How long does it take for a completed job to appear in upcoming payouts?
Any jobs completed through the job board will appear in Upcoming Payouts as soon as the job is marked as completed in the Partner Portal. Jobs in Upcoming Payouts will follow the Payout schedule shown below:

- Payouts occur 27-33 days after job completion, depending on the day of the week the job is completed.
Any RFQ work will appear in Upcoming Payouts when the job is marked complete in the Partner Portal. RFQs will be paid out 28 days after the RFQ is marked complete.

Do I need to send an invoice?
No invoice is required for job offers accepted on the Xometry portal. These jobs have a PO number that begins with J. You will be paid out according to the Invoiceless Payout Schedule based on the job completion date.
If your PO number begins with W, send your invoice as an individual attachment to email@example.com and include the W000xxxx PO number in the subject line.
For W000xxxx purchase orders, Xometry pays valid invoices twice a month on the 14th and 28th day each month as long as those days fall on a business day. If not, they will be paid on the first business day following those dates. Payment processing occurs in the Eastern time zone (EST and EDT).
