Getting started by registering
So you want to join the Xometry Partner Network! First, let’s get you registered. You’ll need to fill out this form with some simple account information:

Europe based manufacturers: go here to become a partner in our European network.

Thank you for registering your shop with Xometry! This is your first step to becoming a Xometry Manufacturing Partner. Before you are an approved member of our partner network, you’ll need to complete the Xometry application process.
Here are your next steps to continue your application:

- Sign our NDA
- Complete your test part
- Setting up your banking information and submit your W-9
- Schedule your onboarding Zoom call
- Accept your first Xometry Job!
Set Up Your Xometry Partner Network Account
Add your shop’s capabilities, including machines, finishing capabilities, preferred materials, and certifications. We will use that information to match jobs that are best suited to your shop.
You can do this in your Job Board.
Setting Up Your Banking Information & Submitting a W-9
In order to get paid for the work you complete with Xometry, you will need to set up your banking information through the Shop Finances section of the Partner Portal. Payouts are what Xometry calls payments to you for the work you do.
To make payouts as painless as possible, we will ask that you submit a W-9 for our records. You may submit your W-9 to SupplierW9@xometry.com.
If you don't have a W-9 on file, click here to complete yours! Once you've completed it make sure to email it to the email found above.
See below for an example of a filled out W-9 form:
Your W-9 must include (numbers depict different boxes from image above):
- Depending on companies status:
- Individual - personal name
- Company - entity name as it appears on SS4.
- Depending on companies status:
- Individual - should be left blank
- Company - unless there is a registered DBA, this line should be blank
- Your Federal Tax Classification
- Company Address
- Social Security Number OR Employee Identification Number
- Signature and Date
Your Onboarding Zoom Call
Congrats on passing your Test Part! Before you begin accepting work, there are just a few more steps. You will receive an email to schedule a Zoom call with your Xometry Onboarding Specialist. This is your time to ask any questions about the Xometry Partner Network, learn about all of our partner benefits and be introduced to the details of our job offers, limits, scoring, and our supplies program. Your call will typically last 15-20 minutes.

Visit Zoom’s download center to install the program on to your computer. There are also options for downloading onto your iPhone or Android device.
Hit the big ‘download’ button underneath where it says “Zoom Client for Meetings” and follow the instructions given by Zoom to install.
How do I join my Zoom onboarding call?
After selecting a time that fits with your schedule, an email will be sent to you containing the Zoom call link. To join the meeting simply click on the link at or a little before the time of your meeting. That should automatically launch the Zoom program.
When zoom appears you may see a small window prompting you to either ‘’join with video’ or ‘join without video’. Select join with video if possible.
After these steps have been completed, you will have joined your call.
How do I unmute myself and turn my camera on?
We also ask that you unmute yourself at the beginning of your call. This call will be a conversation between you and us and we need to be able to hear you. Zoom has a very simple way of doing this seen below:
Once you’ve joined your call your window should look something like this. You’ll notice the two icons in the bottom right corner labeled “Unmute” and “Start Video”. If both have a red slash through them, that means your video and audio are turned off. To turn them on, simply click the icon. Be sure to do this right when you join your call. You may have already turned on your video when joining, so only turning your audio from off to on will be necessary in that case.

After you schedule your call, you’ll need to set-up your Invoicing, Shop Profile and Complete Your Shop Questionnaire.
- Invoicing: Please click click here to register for invoicing through Xometry’s Shop Finances.
- Shop questionnaire: This allows us to collect important information on your shop that is not currently captured in your Shop Profile. Click here to access.
