It is important to monitor your Partner Success Score (PSS) as this indicator ensures your success with Xometry. You can easily track your PSS by visiting your Scorecard in the Partner Portal.
Select “View Jobs Currently Affecting Your Score to see which jobs are impacting your score.
Colored arrows next to the ship date and inspection status will indicate whether the job positively or negatively impacted your Partner Success Score in that category. In the example below, the red arrow next to the shipped date indicates that the job negatively affected the on-time delivery portion of your PSS. The green arrow next to the inspection status indicates that the job positively affected the quality portion of your PSS.
