You will not receive a formal PO from the customer or from Xometry. The award e-mail from the customer and your acceptance of the job is confirmation that you can begin work on the job as soon as you receive the parts from the customer. If you do require a reference number for your internal tracking/accounting purposes, the RFQ ID may be utilized. Job payment is invoiceless and will appear in Shop Finances 28 days after an RFQ job is marked as complete in the portal.
