You can dispute a suspicious transaction by emailing card-support@xometry.com. Please provide any supporting evidence in your dispute case.
Once you submit your dispute to Xometry, our team will file your dispute with our card partner, Stripe, and Stripe will route the dispute to Visa(™). All disputes will be investigated by Visa(™) in accordance with their dispute rules and procedures. Currently, it takes 30-90 days for a dispute to be resolved.
Though Xometry is not obligated to do so, we may issue a credit to you on your Xometry Advance Card prior to the dispute’s resolution so that you can continue to purchase without a major interruption.
